I burn

I once was Icarus Fallen

Broken
Dead
Defeated

There comes a point in life when to find yourself you have to lose yourself

So I think I'll delve

into myself
into darkness
into being lost

And I'll come out

Stronger
Lonelier
and Wiser

It is time to become the phoenix again, to rise from the flames of love and become:

Icarus Rising.

Let this, the quill-pen of love, be held by my muse. let my goddess arise. Let the words of abundance within flow out through this pen. let the quake of my heart that can never quite express how i love her settle just a little before i am to be rend apart by the vibrations of that which i have lost. Let me write and wring to the world that which i can no longer express to whom it is for. let my love for she who died not fall on ears that no longer hear. let it not be wasted within me, eating me from the inside out. let me release my soul, myself, my love, onto this page, let my blood run as ink as i scribe these words on the wall for her. and at last let my heart beat only for her. so that when it does stop. it will stop because of her. let it stop because she wants it to. let it stop because she calls me to her side once again. let it stop... so that she and i might be reborn in that ethereal sleep into new lives together as one, forever in love. let us be one for eternity. let me stop being me and she being she, let us begin being us. Always, Now, and Forever.
